Who needs a gym membership when you’ve got a thrift-store flamingo? I bought mine after seeing a real mom laughing in yoga pants—no makeup, no pose, just alive. Now I float like I’m auditioning for ‘The Most Peaceful Person on Earth’.

Ten minutes of zero performance? Yes please. My body doesn’t have to be toned—just here. My mind doesn’t have to solve anything—just breathe.
